All sales are final. Returns are for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted for items on sale, except in cases of a manufacturer defect.
All returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address. Please include a printout of your original order for quicker processing. FATBOL is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal as payment.
We currently only ship to the United States. We will be working to add international soon, please check back later.

WILL YOU RESTOCK A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?
All products are limited in quantity and can sell out quickly. We rarely bring back old products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 day. Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will be shipped the following Thursday. Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on location and service chosen. Shipments should be delivered within 5 business days.
We ship from California. All orders delivered to a CA address will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Shipping to addresses outside of California will not include sales tax.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
IS FATBOL.COM A SECURE SITE?
We have taken recommended steps to secure our site. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection with reputable third party connection.
